Only submit artwork that you own or have permission to reproduce, including logos, illustrations, photographs and licensed design elements.

Your artwork

You retain the rights you hold in your submitted material. We use it to review, produce and support your order. Submitting an order does not grant general permission to publish your personal details or artwork in advertising. We may ask for evidence of permission or decline material we cannot lawfully reproduce.

Report a concern

Email support@motifrevel.com with the subject “Intellectual Property Report” and include:

• Your name, contact details and relationship to the rights owner.
• The work or right involved and supporting information.
• The exact page URL or a clear identification of the material.
• Why you believe the use is unauthorized.
• A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or applicable law.
• A statement that your information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act, with your signature where relevant.

Review and response

We review reports, may request clarification and may restrict material while investigating. Where appropriate, we contact the person who supplied the content. We may share relevant information to investigate or meet legal obligations while avoiding unnecessary personal information.

If you believe material was restricted by mistake, reply with an explanation and supporting permission. Formal legal notices and counter-notices must meet the applicable legal requirements. This general reporting channel does not claim that a US DMCA designated agent has been registered or promise automatic restoration.
