Ordering personalized products

Review your selected size, finish, quantity, spelling, dates, design placement and delivery address before payment. One pack contains the number of napkins selected in the Design Studio; additional packs repeat that configuration. A custom-quantity estimate is not a purchasable offer unless a corresponding checkout option or custom order is confirmed.

Prices, currency, discounts, shipping, selected production service and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. If you believe there is an error, contact us before paying. A payment or pricing problem does not authorize an unagreed substitute or additional charge.

Artwork and proofs

Only submit artwork you own or are authorized to reproduce. You retain your rights in your material; we use it to review, manufacture and support your order, not as general permission to advertise with it. We may request evidence of permission or decline material we cannot lawfully reproduce.

Uploaded artwork requires email proof approval before production. Other orders require a proof only where specified or agreed. Check every detail before approving a proof. Screen colors and metallic reflections are guides rather than exact physical color matches. A preview file is not a guarantee of identical appearance on every display.

Product use

Light ink on dark paper that requires UV printing is for decorative use only and must stay away from food and mouth contact. The editor identifies affected combinations and requires acknowledgement. Use a standard compatible combination for ordinary napkin use.

Production and delivery

Production and transit are separate and use calendar days. Priority and Super Rush accelerate production, not international transit. The available service must be selected and paid for; entering “rush” in order notes does not change the purchased service. Required proof approval or missing information may affect production readiness. Read our Shipping & Delivery policy before placing an event-sensitive order.

An event date helps us plan but does not create a guaranteed arrival commitment unless expressly agreed. We remain responsible for commitments we make and for remedies required by law.

Cancellation and order problems

Cancellation requests received within two hours of payment qualify for free cancellation. After two hours, contact order@motifrevel.com or online customer service when available for confirmation. Orders not yet in production receive a full refund; orders in production and not dispatched are subject to a 15% deduction on the discounted merchandise amount being cancelled, regardless of finish. Website use and privacy

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files or ask us to reproduce material unlawfully. Our original website content and branding are protected by applicable rights. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. Marketing subscriptions are optional.

Consumer rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot be excluded by law, including applicable consumer guarantees. Personalized goods do not remove remedies for faulty or non-conforming products. We may update these terms for future orders; the version provided when you order applies to that purchase unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
