Payment Methods

Use the payment methods offered for your order at checkout. Availability can depend on your country, currency, device and payment provider.

Review your total

Check your design, pack quantity, address, shipping charges, discounts, taxes and charge currency before paying. A bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee when your account uses a different currency.

Free standard shipping does not include paid rush production. Priority adds US$10 per order and Super Rush adds US$20, in addition to any standard delivery fee. Only the service selected and charged at checkout is included.

If payment is declined

Check your billing details and any verification requested by your payment provider. Try another method offered at checkout or contact your bank. We cannot override a bank’s decision.

If you are unsure whether payment succeeded, check your inbox and contact order@motifrevel.com before placing another order. Repeated attempts can create additional pending authorizations. Never send card numbers, security codes, passwords or verification codes to us.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the credit appears. For refund help, contact support@motifrevel.com with your order number.
