Shipping policy
Allow time to make your napkins, then time for their journey to your door. All timings below are in business days.
Production before dispatch
Production requires completed payment, complete personalization details and any required proof approval. The two-hour free-cancellation period is included in our order handling; production release must also respect this protection. Custom artwork orders wait for your approval; a template order does not automatically require an emailed proof.

Priority and Super Rush shorten production time. Transit after dispatch is additional. Priority adds US$10 per order; Super Rush adds US$20 per order. These charges are in addition to any standard shipping fee. Choose production speed in your cart; a request in the notes alone does not purchase it. Contact order@motifrevel.com before ordering for a close deadline or unusually large quantity.

For other destinations, remote addresses, islands, PO boxes or military addresses, ask us to check the route and timing. Please confirm that checkout offers delivery to your address before paying. Customs, public holidays, weather and carrier disruptions can affect transit.
Planning for an event
Using the full Standard production window, a US Classic Print order has a planning estimate of 10–20 business days after it is ready for production. A US Foil Stamping order has a planning estimate of 15–25 business days. Add any time needed to provide details or approve a proof.
These are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. For orders with both finishes, plan around the longer production window unless we confirm another arrangement. Include your event date, quantity, country and postal code when asking about a deadline.

Free standard shipping worldwide when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is US$89 or more, excluding taxes, shipping and rush charges. Priority and Super Rush production are additional services and are not included in free standard shipping. Delivery availability for your address is shown at checkout.
Prices in this table are in USD. Where checkout supports another currency, the converted charge is shown before payment; the threshold is equivalent to US$89, not 89 units of every currency. Review the shipping and service charge in your final total.

Tracking and delivery support
Use the secure order-status link in your order confirmation, or the tracking link in your dispatch email. Creating a label does not mean a parcel has been collected; the first carrier scan may appear later.
For a damaged or apparently lost parcel, email Shipping@motifrevel.com with your order number and a description. Photos of the packaging and items help when available. We investigate delivery problems and arrange a refund or free replacement for confirmed shipping damage or loss, according to the affected items and your applicable rights.
For an address correction, contact order@motifrevel.com promptly. Changes after dispatch may not be possible.
